You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return through the Nice Things website.
The items must be unworn, with all original tags, in their original condition, and suitable for resale.
We do not offer exchanges (for size, color, or item) for online orders. If you would like a different item, you must request a return and place a new order, subject to availability.

Request the return online:
Go to My Account > Orders, select the order you want to return, and click the “Return” button.
This button will appear below the list of items, provided that no more than 15 days have passed since receiving the order.
- Select the items you want to return.
- Select the reason for the return.
If you placed the order as a guest, please contact our customer service at info@nicethingspalomas.com to manage your return.

Prepare the package:
- Pack the items you want to return.
- Stick the label included in your order on the outside of the package. This contains the shipping address and order barcode.

Select the delivery method:
- Free return at Nice Things official stores
(Excluding shopping centers, outlets, and stores in Andorra).
If you followed the previous steps, you can deliver the package to one of our physical stores. - Free return via GLS drop-off point
After completing the previous steps, you will be able to download the GLS return label and locate your nearest drop-off point. - Return with home pickup
If you prefer this option, the cost is as follows:- Spain: €4
- Portugal, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €8
Note: If you make a second return from the same order, this procedure is not valid and you must manage the return at your own expense.

Refund:
Once we receive your package at our warehouse, the refund will be processed within 14 days, excluding possible return shipping fees.
Returns that do not follow this procedure or are missing the barcode label on the outside of the package may experience delays.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
