Returns

Returns are free of charge in Spain and Portugal.

You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return request on the Nice Things website.

Garments must be unworn, with all original tags, in their original condition and fit for sale.

People who have made a purchase with a guest profile must contact the customer service department to manage their return at info@nicethingspalomas.com.

We don't make exchanges. If you wish to make an exchange (size, colour, as well as exchange items for different products), you should request a return and then place a new order. 

In the event that you want to make more than one returns of the same order, from the second one the shipping will be at your expense.

The steps to follow to make a return are as follows:

1. Request a refund online:

Go to My Account > Orders, select the order you wish to return and click on the "Return" button. The button will appear below the list of items in the order, as long as no more than 15 days have passed since you received your order.

  • Check the items you want to return.
  • Select the reason for the return.

2. Packaging:

  • Insert the items into the package.
  • Stick on the outside of the package the sticker you will find inside the order with the shipping address and order barcode.

3. Delivery:

Once the package has been prepared, ask Correos Express to collect your return free of charge, at the address of your choice, using the link you will receive in an email from Nice Things.

If you live in Spain, you can also go to your nearest post office to drop off your return. Hand the package in at the counter and they will accept it at no extra cost.

When handing in your parcel at the post office counter, please indicate that it is a Correos Express return, and provide your order number (10-character identifier starting with EO0), so that they can print the shipping label.

4. Reimbursement:

Once the package has arrived at our warehouse, your refund will be made within 14 days. Returns without the barcode label on the outside may be delayed. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
