In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR, General Data Protection Regulation) on the processing of personal data and Act 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), Intermalla S.L. hereby informs its users that it has created profiles on the social media sites Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube in order to provide information and advertise its products and services.

You have a profile on the social media site itself and you have decided to join the page created by Intermalla S.L., thereby showing interest in the information published on the site. By joining our page, you are consenting to the processing of the personal data published on your profile.
You may access the privacy policies of the social media site itself and configure your profile to ensure your privacy at any time.
Intermalla S.L. processes your public information, in particular, your contact name. This data is only used on the social media site itself and is not included in any file.
With regard to your rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection, which may be exercised before Intermalla S.L., the following aspects must be taken into account:

Right to Restriction: You may exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data in the event that:

- When the data collected is not needed for the purposes of processing but it is needed for the recognition, exercise or defence of legal proceedings.
- When you object to processing while it is being verified whether the controller’s legitimate reasons prevail over yours.
Right to Portability: You have the right to receive your personal data from the controller to which you previously provided it in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller, without being prevented from doing so by the controller to which you previously provided such data. At the same time, while exercising your right to portability, you may ask for your data to be directly transmitted to the other controller.
Right to Erasure or Right to be Forgotten: You may exercise your right to the erasure of your personal data when:
- It is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
- You have revoked consent and there is no legal basis to the contrary.
- You have exercised your right to object to the processing of your data and there are no legitimate reasons for such processing.
- The data has been lawfully processed or must be deleted due to a legal obligation that the controller is subject to.
- The data has been collected in connection with the provision of information society services.
To exercise any of the aforementioned rights, you must do the following:

- The letter sent exercising your rights must meet the following legal requirements:
- Your name, surname(s) and a copy of your national ID card. In exceptional cases where representation is possible, it will also be necessary to identify the person representing you through the same means, as well as the document granting representation. The photocopy of the national ID card may be replaced, provided that their identity can be confirmed using any other means in law.
- Request specifying the enquiry. If it does not refer to a specific file, all information available with your personal data will be provided. If information on a specific file is requested, only information in that file will be provided. Intermalla S.L. will never provide information on any third party. If information is requested over the telephone, you will be instructed to do so in writing and you will be informed of how to do so and the address to send it to.
- Address for notification purposes.
- Date and signature of the signatory.
- Supporting documents for the request made.
- You must use any means that will confirm that the request has been sent and received successfully.
Use of the profile
Intermalla S.L. will carry out the following activities:
- Access public information on the profile.
- Publish all information already published on Intermalla S.L's page on your profile.
- Send personal and individual messages via the social media site’s channels.
- Update the page status, which will be published on your profile.
You will always be able to control your connections, delete content you are no longer interested in and limit the people with whom your share their connections. You must access your privacy settings to do this.
Posts
Once you have joined Intermalla S.L.’s page, you may post comments, links, images or photographs or any other kind of multimedia content supported by the social media site on it. In all cases, you must be the owner of these, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of any third parties involved. It is expressly forbidden to post any texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. that undermine or are likely to undermine morals, ethics, good taste or propriety, and/or infringe, violate or breach intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law. In such cases, Intermalla S.L. reserves the right to withdraw such content immediately and permanently block any user that has done this.
Intermalla S.L. accepts no liability for any content freely published by a user.
You must bear in mind that your posts will be seen by other users, so you are primarily responsible for their privacy.
Images posted on the page will not be stored in any file by Intermalla S.L., but they will remain on the social media site.
Contests and promotions
Intermalla S.L. reserves the right to hold contests and promotions in which users who have joined its page may participate. The rules for each of them will be posted on the relevant social media platform when it is used for this. These will always be in accordance with the LSSICE and any other applicable rule.
The social media site does not sponsor, guarantee or manage any of our promotions in any way, nor is it associated with any of them.
Advertising
Intermalla S.L. will use the social media site to advertise its products and services. In all cases, if it decides to process contact details to carry out direct marketing research actions, these will always be in accordance with the legal requirements of the GDPR and the LSSICE.
Recommending the Intermalla S.L. page to other users so they can also enjoy the promotions or receive information about its activities will not be considered to be advertising.
