How to buy on nicethingspalomas.com?

1. CHOOSE ITEMS: Select a garment, size and colour and add the item to your basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button. Your shopping cart will then open. You can choose to continue shopping or finalise your order by clicking on the "Start order" button.

2. PERSONAL DATA: To place an order you can register or register as a guest user.

3. SHIPPING: Once you have filled in your personal details, select the type of shipment (home delivery or shop collection).

4. PAYMENT: Check that the details are correct and choose the payment method that suits you best (Paypal and credit cards or payment in instalments). In the case of credit cards, your bank will probably need to authorise the transaction, via SMS or the bank's mobile app. Keep your mobile phone close to you to finalise your purchase.

5. CONFIRMATION: Finalise your purchase You will receive an email with the confirmation of your order.

You can place an order from anywhere in the world, please check the shipping rates to the country of shipment.

What should I do if I receive a defective item?

At nicethingspalomas.com we take care of our garments and provideitems in perfect condition, so if, exceptionally, you receive a garment with a defect, please contact our customer service department via emailinfo@nicethingspalomas.com.

Methods of payment

What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept the following methods of payment:

For what reason can my credit card be declined?

Double verification error. At Nice Things we use 3D Secure technology to guarantee the security of all payments. This technologyrequires, in most cases, double verification of your card, either via SMS or your bank's app. Make sure you have your mobile phone nearby to finalise your purchase.

The card may be out of date. Check that your card does not exceed the expiry date.

The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.

It is possible that some of the information you have entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

How does SeQura's payment by instalments work?

Divide the payment of your order into 3 equal payments, at no extra cost. One payment per month. No more. Instantly and without paperwork.

For example, if you choose to pay for an order of €100 over 3 months, you would pay €33.33 at the time of purchase and another €33.33 the following two months. The monthly charge is automatic on your card. Always on the same day of the month that you made the purchase. If that day is not the best day for you, you can change it at no extra cost.

Can I get an invoice in my company name?

Yes, please email us at info@nicethingspalomas.com and we will get it to you as soon as possible.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment by credit card only CES(Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is a member of the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged, probably after sending a code to your mobile phone. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Free shipping on orders over 120€.

For orders under 120€ the shipping cost is as follows:

Yes, through "my account" in the "myorders" section you will be able to see the status of your order.

What is the process of home delivery?

Select home delivery during the checkout process. When the order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number, and then our carrier will contact you by SMS to inform you of the approximate delivery date.

What happens if I am not at home when the carrier comes?

If the carrier cannot find anyone at your home or delivery address, they will contact you by calling your mobile phone to arrange a new delivery with you.

What is the in-store delivery process?

Select your nearest shop in the checkout process. When the order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email with the tracking number, and then our carrier will contact you by SMS to inform you of the approximate delivery date. Once received in the shop, one of the shop assistants will contact you to confirm receipt of the order.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Returns are made from the Orders section in the personal area of the website. Go to the return page of your order and fill in the return request form. When the team approves your request, you will receive a confirmation email with the steps to follow.

What is the deadline for a refund?

The deadline for requesting a refund is 15 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Returns are free of charge.

In the event that you wish to make two or more different returns of the same order, from the second one onwards, the shipping will be at your expense.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been received and approved in the warehouse, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

Once the return has been received and approved at the warehouse, the amount will be credited to your account within approximately 14 days of arrival at our warehouse. Remember that the credit card payment always depends on your bank.

For the return to be approved, the items must be in perfect condition, have the inside labels and packaging.

Nice Things reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Changes

Can I exchange my items?

No. To exchange an item (size, colour or other products) you must make a return and then place a new order with the new garment.

What is the deadline for repayment?

The return request period is 15 days from the delivery of the order.
