You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return of your order on the Nice Things website.
Returned items must be unused and unworn, with all original labels attached, in the same condition in which you received them, and suitable for resale.
We do not offer exchanges for online orders (for size, color, or product). If you wish to receive a different item, please request a return and place a new order, subject to availability.

Request your return online:
Go to My Account > Orders, select the relevant order, and click the "Return" button.
This button will appear below the item list, provided that no more than 15 days have passed since you received the order.- Select the items you want to return.
- Choose the reason of the return.
If you placed your order as a guest, please contact our customer service team at info@nicethingspalomas.com to process your return.

Prepare the package:
- Pack the items you want to return carefully.
- Stick the two labels on the outside of the parcel:
- The label with the shipping address and order barcode.
- The prepaid DHL return label.
- If you live outside the European Union, you’ll receive a customs invoice via email. Please print it and include it with the parcel.

Shipping the return:
We work with DHL for international returns. Shipping costs vary by country:
- €15.00 → Albania, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, Ukraine
- €17.00 → America and Canada
- €25.00 → Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Russia, Turkey, Asia, Africa, and Oceania
To send the parcel:
- Locate your nearest DHL service point here: https://locator.dhl.com/
- Choose your country and enter your city or postal code.
- Select "Send shipment" and, if needed, check:
- "I have a DHL account or return shipment"
- "I have printed a DHL label"
Note: If you’re returning a second shipment from the same order, this process does not apply. You must arrange the return at your own expense.

Refund:
Once your package arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 14 days, minus return shipping costs.
Returns that do not follow this procedure or are missing the barcode label on the outside may experience delays.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
