2. PERSONAL DATA: To place an order you can register or register as a guest user.

3. SHIPPING: Once you have filled in your personal details, select the type of shipment (home delivery or shop collection).

4. PAYMENT: Check that the details are correct and choose the payment method that suits you best (Paypal and credit cards or payment in instalments). What payment method can I use to make my purchase?

We accept the following methods of payment:

For what reason can my credit card be declined?

Double verification error. At Nice Things we use 3D Secure technology to guarantee the security of all payments. This technologyrequires, in most cases, double verification of your card, either via SMS or your bank's app. Make sure you have your mobile phone nearby to finalise your purchase.

The card may be out of date. Check that your card does not exceed the expiry date.

The card limit may have been reached. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.

It is possible that some of the information you have entered is incorrect. Check that you have filled in all the required fields correctly.

How does SeQura's payment by instalments work?

Divide the payment of your order into 3 equal payments, at no extra cost. One payment per month. No more. Instantly and without paperwork.

For example, if you choose to pay for an order of €100 over 3 months, you would pay €33.33 at the time of purchase and another €33.33 the following two months. The monthly charge is automatic on your card. Always on the same day of the month that you made the purchase. If that day is not the best day for you, you can change it at no extra cost.

Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, data is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. For payment by credit card only CES(Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions will be accepted. After verifying that the card is a member of the CES system, the system will contact the issuing bank for the buyer to authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the card will be charged, probably after sending a code to your mobile phone. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

For orders under 120€ the shipping cost is as follows:

Returns

How do I return an item?

Returns are made from the Orders section in the personal area of the website. Go to the return page of your order and fill in the return request form. When the team approves your request, you will receive a confirmation email with the steps to follow.

What is the deadline for a refund?

The deadline for requesting a refund is 15 days from the date of delivery of the order.

Do I have to pay anything for my return?

Returns are free of charge.

In the event that you wish to make two or more different returns of the same order, from the second one onwards, the shipping will be at your expense.

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been received and approved in the warehouse, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.

For the return to be approved, the items must be in perfect condition, have the inside labels and packaging.

Nice Things reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

Can I exchange my items?

No. To exchange an item (size, colour or other products) you must make a return and then place a new order with the new garment.
