We work with DHL to handle international returns.

If your country does not appear on the list, please contact our customer service team by sending an email to info@nicethingspalomas.com to confirm the shipping charge.

  • Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy and the Netherlands: €11.
  • Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Romania, Sweden: €15.

You have 15 days from the date you received your order to return any items.

Items must be unused/unworn, with all original labels attached, in the same condition you received them and suitable for sale.

If you wish to make an exchange (size, colour, as well as exchange items for different products), you should request a return and then place a new order.

Returns can also be returned in Nice Things's stores or by following the steps described below:

1. Make a return request online:

Go to My Account > Orders and you will see a Return icon beside the order, provided no more than 15 days have passed since you received your order.

  • Tick the items you wish to return.
  • Specify the status of the parcel and the type of request.
  • Select the reason for return.

2. Packing:

  • Place the items inside the parcel.
  • Attach the two labels that came with your order to the outside of the parcel: One with the shipping address and order barcode, and another with the DHL pre-paid return label.
  • If you live outside the European Union, to proceed with the return, you should wait for an email from Nice Things with an invoice for the items you wish to return. Please print it and attach it to the outside of the parcel as well.

3. Delivery:

Once the parcel is ready, you will have two options:

  1. Go to your nearest DHL service point to drop it off. You can find your nearest DHL service point using this link: https://locator.dhl.com/. Choose the country, enter the city or postal code of your location, and select “Send shipment”. If necessary, select the options “I have a DHL account or return shipment” and “I have printed a DHL label”.
  2. Deliver your package in one of our Nice Things’ stores (excluding shopping centers). It is essential, for this way, to send us an email at info@nicethingspalomas.com informing us: the store where the package will be delivered, the order reference (EO0...), the items you wish to return and the reason of it. In this way, we will avoid adding the return costs to your refund.

4. Refund:

Once the parcel has arrived at our warehouse, your refund will be made within 15 days, cost of return deduced. Returns that do not come with the label with the barcode on the outside of the parcel may experience delays. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
